My Medifast Progress – Week 4

Happy New Year! This week was a hard one for me, still trying to get back into the groove of being at home and also in a little bit of a funk, still grieving from my Father-in-Law’s passing. I am thankful that for the most part each day gets easier, but of course in my years food has come to be a comfort for me, so I’m trying to find other outlets, and to be completely upfront with you, I was not 100% on plan, but also I didn’t gorge myself. I have also been wanting to get started with exercise as this weight comes off, but this week was a bust with a sick little one and now that I’m getting sick we’ll see how this next week goes. I’m going to take some Emergen-C in hopes to stave it off, send prayers!! So that’s pretty much my week, getting back to work and life, but I do want to share one more thing with you before I give my results.

I’m glad that there’s a mobile app since I’m not able to log into the computer as regularly and easily as I can my phone. While I must admit there is much to be desired it’s a great starting point for those of us who want, {or need} to journal our progress and meals. I’d love for the Progress Report to show pounds including point values, like 10.5, when you’re losing weight you want every single ounce to count. The app is available through itunes or Google Play and my favorite feature is the, “Quick Add”, with the touch of my screen I can add my meals, water, etc and still keep track even in the middle of a busy day. I’ll update you on any changes I see to the app and how it’s helping as the improvements come. But for now…..

Lost This Week: -1 lbs {starting this week at 159 lbs}
Weight Lost Total: -10.5 lbs
Current weight:
158 lbs
My First Goal: -33 lbs/135.5 lbs {since I’m 33, I thought that was appropriate}
My Final Goal: -16.5 lbs/119 lbs {half of 33}
