The downtime tip is so perfect! It’s so important to find the time to chill, or you’ll go home and be totally (more) exhausted.

Great advice!!! Totally all about the downtime at conferences. Even a social butterfly (such as myself… flap, flap) can get exhausted at a conference and then cranky. I find that going up to my room, using the bathroom in peace, or whatever really helps we rally for the next thing!

Love the tips especially finding out who’s going ahead of time. I also create a Twitter list of people I met at conferences since I have a horrible memory.
