For those of you who know me through my blog or in person you know I can be a little silly, but mostly fun. The other day, as I was coincidentally at the orthodontist waiting for my 3-month check up, I wrote down what I thought were some fun reasons {some silly some more realistic} to wear Invisalign. Here is my list, in no particular order. Let me know if you agree.
1. All the “cool kids” are doing it:

Invisalign’s Studio Program features some pretty famous, performing teens {http://www.mommybknowsbest.com/young-hollywoods-secret-to-smile-success/} and of course their Mom Blogger Advisory Board isn’t too shabby either {http://www.mommybknowsbest.com/invisalign-mom-advisory-board-my-induction/}
2. They have a super power

It’s invisibility {sort of}. Invisalign is nearly invisible to the human eye, more often than not I have people who tell me they didn’t even realize I had it, except when I’m super smiling and laughing under bright lights and in close proximity.
3. They’re magic – one minute they’re there and the next they’re gone!

Invisalign aligners are easy to remove and replace after eating, drinking, and brushing. Once I got my attachments the first week or so was a little harder but now it’ so easy to pop them off and on, and I love the fact that I don’t need a special tool to keep my teeth clean and the fact that I can easily floss.
4. Keeps you squeaky clean

Because you’re able to brush and floss just as if you were not wearing braces you are able to continue your normal oral care and make sure your teeth are squeaky clean.
5. Trays aid the countdown

Each week you change out your aligner you get to count down till the end of your treatment. The typical length of treatment is around a year, give or take. I have 51 upper and 51 lower trays in all, how about you???
6. Don’t have to worry about color coordinating like with traditional braces ( they match your entire wardrobe)

Thank goodness because I already have a problem matching my socks!!
7. In all seriousness they actually do make a difference.

I can already see movement in my teeth even at week 15. I’m so excited to continue this process and keep you updated. I’m loving my smile and will be sharing more with you next month on my progress and the testimonials of others.
In the meantime if you have any questions or comments feel free to leave them here and I’ll get back to you!!
I am a member of the Invisalign Mom Advisory Board, I receive complimentary Invisalign treatment, but am posting my own, personal opinions.

I <3 your smile, with or without 'em, but that is very cool that you've got them to use!
