We have to admit that technology has made a lot of things in life easier. It’s definitely easier to communicate with one another and faster too, however it may not always be the best way to say, “Thank you.” I’ll be the first to admit I rely a lot on technology for a lot in my life, obviously I work online, and often times I’ll send out invitations and even, “Thank you” cards through email or Facebook.
I know that when I receive a handwritten card it’s very special to me. We always keep our handwritten cards on display in our home. I have a couple of friends who are great at this and I could definitely learn a lot from. Here are some ways to send a personal note of thanks over a response online:
1. Have your child write or dictate a note of thanks for presents they have received.
2. Include printed photos of a present in use or a fun time with that person as a memoir.
3. Add a surprise, whether it’s fun confetti, stickers, or you write special notes on the outside of the envelope, anything extra is a bonus.
4. Find an adorable card design that is totally your personality.
I definitely do 1 and 4 mostly because I rarely print pictures, but I try to do 2 and 3 as well. Because I love my new “Thank you” cards that I got from PaperSnaps.com I have to share them with you. Here’s the design:

Aren’t they cute?!?! If you don’t think so, {which you should}, PaperSnaps actually has a lot of other options and different styles of “Thank you” cards for any occasion. I love that they are reasonably priced and easy to personalize. PaperSnaps makes it easier for me to send the cards and notes that really stand out especially since it’s not something I do often. Although I don’t usually get to see the recipients face when they receive my “Thank yous” I am almost sure they are smiling, at least I hope so.
What are your tips for making “Thank yous” special??
I received PaperSnaps products in order to talk about them in this post, however the opinions expressed in the post are my own, honest opinions of their products. Your opinions may vary.

Great tips! I agree that it’s important to keep the tradition of hand written thank yous alive.
