For me some days go by so fast it’s just a blur, with two beautiful little girls to care for, a home to keep clean and orderly, a husband to love and nurture, several websites to maintain, and everything else that comes with being a work-at-home-mom. That’s not how I want to live my life though, just rushing through the day to get to the next.
That’s why it’s super important for me to have moments throughout my day where I refuel.
