MommyB is…

not only a wife, and a stay at home mother to a beautiful little girl (and a baby on the way this Spring), but she loves putting her thoughts and words in her blog, thus the title of blogger. She’s definitely a strong mom who lives in the now but has some traditional values keeping her grounded. MommyB has done many a job from the traditional babysitting gig to      wo-manual labor building a garage, patio, barbeque from the ground up and tries to take those experiences to make sure she’s enjoying life to the fullest and hopefully bringing that same value and ethic to her readers.

MommyB has been blogging on her personal family blog since before her daughter was born and lately has been intrigued with the possibilities of helping other families by reviewing products and services so they don’t have to.

MommyB writes reviews, spotlights, and giveaways for her blog, including fun mom sidebars. What’s the difference between a review and a spotlight you ask? (Okay well maybe you didn’t ask but, I’d like to clarify for future reference.) A review is my opinion of a product or service, after doing some thoughtful research and testing products out, sometimes with a little help from my amazing, wonderful amazingly, wonderful family. These opinions are based on how I thought the product or service performed and, wanting to give my readers a true idea of the product rather than writing what a company would like me to write. So, in short, when reading my reviews please know that you may see some comments that are not “touting” the item if I don’t feel it’s “tout worthy.” You get the real deal.  Now to the spotlight part. While I love doing reviews sometimes there isn’t enough to write about a product, or I think that the background behind the product is very worthy of it’s own post. Thus, born my product and services spotlights. Basically, “just the facts ma’am.” So there you have it in a very, very large nutshell, maybe even a giant clam shell, which can grow up to 4 feet long, (put that in your memory banks!)

What does the “B” stand for? Blogger? Beautiful? Bouncy? Brilliant? Bold? Bossy? Maybe all the above.
