Fueling Up on Busy Days #QuakerEpicAdventures

What would you describe your typical day as? Would you say your family is on the go from the minute you wake up? If so, your family sounds a lot like mine. While we make sure to enjoy each moment, {or try to}, there are days when I barely get a chance to sit down, but am thankful for every minute in our lives.

Whether it’s the days where we are travelling back and forth between neighboring cities for school or times when we complete one task and are on to the next checking off important to-dos {including building block towers and tickle fests}, it’s important for all three of us girls {DaddyB is off to work}, to make sure we have enough fuel in our bodies to give us energy to make it through our day.

It’s important for me to offer my kiddos healthy snacks instead of treats, including fruits, veggies, and granola bars to name a few.
