Happy May Day! Ready for a Birthday? How about a Birthday Bash?? Today marks the first day of the MommyB Knows Best Birthday Bash and I’m excited to introduce you to Artsy Canvas Girl. When I first stumbled upon Kathy’s work I was very impressed at the way she manipulated the photos, using texture, colors, and words to enhance your average photo.
Kathy at Artsy Canvas Girl created a beautiful pink, brown, and white inspired owl banner collection of prints for Baby C’s birthday party. I sent her 12 photos from the different months of Baby C’s first year and gave her free reign on the photo cards. This is what she came up with:
Isn’t it absolutely adorable? I ended up putting them in chronological order before the party started. I opted to place them on the mantle right under Baby C’s “Happy Birthday Banner” however these would also look great strung together.
