I’ve been invited to attend a great Charlotte event featuring the new Ball Canning Discovery Kit. So far it looks pretty great. But I’ll be attending a luncheon to learn more about how it works and benefits. I’m hoping to find out a little more about family meals and maybe even preserving baby foods this way. Pretty cool huh?
In attendance will be several other local bloggers, retailers, consumers, and local press. The event also features Chef Keith Snow of PBS’ “Harvest Eating.” Chef Snow is a Carolina resident and touts wholesome eating. I’m very excited to meet him and learn some mommy tricks to bring back home to my family and yours. Check out his other site http://www.thoughtfulharvest.com/ as well.
