Are you gearing up for some changes in the New Year?? As you’ve seen from my previous posts I’ve already put my healthy goals for my 33rd year of life into action and plan on continuing those through 2013 as well.
As I get older and see people struggling with health issues, especially those close to me, health is even more important to me this upcoming year.
When I heard about HealthEAR and the many different treatments it provides users with I was super excited to try it out.
The process is pretty simple:
- I filled out a questionnaire to help the staff at HealthEAR determine which device would best suit my needs. HealthEAR offers auricular therapy for appetite control, insomnia relief, nicotine craving control, and stress/anxiety relief. {Because I am currently working on losing weight and eating better I chose the questions that related to the weight loss therapy device.}
- Using the materials HealthEAR sent me, in the beige color I selected {to be more discrete in public} I created two molds of my ear and shipped them back to HealthEar
- Shortly after, I received one of the mold I made with the acupuncture nodules in place
I contacted HealthEar after trying my device with some questions about the comfort level and was told that because the device was uncomfortable it was very likely that it was working well. I did notice when I used the HealthEAR device my hunger and cravings subsided. I can’t speak on any weight loss that was a direct cause of this product due to the fact that I am currently on a weight loss program, however there are some testimonials on the HealthEAR site if you’re interested in checking those out as well.
HealthEAR costs $69.99 so definitely a little bit of an investment, however less costly than the alternative of several acupuncture treatments, and another option if others have failed you.
There are people in my family that have tried to quit smoking, and I would love to see them try this product as a replacement of other options to stop smoking, that may not be so healthy.
If you got a HealthEAR device, would you choose, appetite control, nicotine craving control, insomnia relief, stress and anxiety relief or another therapy?
I received HealthEAR in order to give you my honest thoughts about this product. All opinions expressed are my own, yours may vary.

I’d probably choose stress and anxiety relief. I’m a constant worrying about everything!
